If you are like me and end up with a lot of business cards then you will probably have them stashed away in a drawer somewhere, don’t throw them out as they can come in handy:
1. You can write on the back of them & make notes about the person who gave you it, maybe about future business or past dealings with the owner
2. Frisbees! If you are ever bored you can use the business cards as little Frisbees this is a great stress relieving trick and if you have any laminated cards you can cause some damage

If your business card is dull & boring and you are looking for a way to spruce it up then look no further here are some easy ways to make your business card look more appealing.
1. Induce some colour, there is nothing worse than a plain black & white business card
2. Include a picture, ever heard the saying a picture says a thousand words? well a well placed image can let your potential client exactly what you do by just looking at your business card
3. Unclutter your card, i cant tell you how many times i have been given a business card with all the information squeezed together, your business card should point out exactly what you do just by glancing at it.

Choosing what to put on your business card purely depends on the type of business you run, if you run a large mail order business you may want to include your order number, personal phone number, website & address however if you run an online company you may want to just put your email address, website address & phone number. We personally recommend you have at least all this information on your business card(s)
1. Your Name
2. Business Name / Website Address
3. Telephone Number
4. What your Business does.
5. Country
6. Address

Designing your own business card can sometimes be a very awkward process, as you want to send out the right message to potential clients and tell them exactly what you do, but at the same time you have to keep it simple and not overwhelm your potential client with to much information and leave them with no clue on what exactly your business is about. Here are some tips that you should follow to make a perfect business card:
- Always include your name, address, phone number(s) & email, this will allow potential clients to contact you.
- Try to sum up your business in 4-5 words, people don’t want to be confused as to who they got the card from they want to know exactly what your company does and if you cant sum it up in a few words then try harder.
- Add something a little different, a business card should stand out, because if you are handing them out chances are that someone else has handed him a card maybe with the same service, who do you think the client will call? the one with the business card that is plain & boring? i think not the first call will most likely go to the coolest business card
